Natural swimming area located on the Jerte River, at the point where it meets the Papúos Gorge, at the entrance to the village of Jerte when arriving from Tornavacas. It is a smaller, quieter and more natural bathing spot than other nearby swimming areas in the valley. The main access is by crossing the Nogalón bridge from the N-110 road and following a concrete track upstream for about 200 metres. It can also be reached from Tenerías Street, next to the Valle del Jerte Hospedería. There is no lifeguard service or beach bar, and it is often considered a less crowded alternative to other bathing areas in Jerte.
