1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser when you visit websites. They help the site remember information about your visit.
This website also uses the browser's local storage (localStorage), a similar technology that stores data on your device without sending it to the server on every request and without an automatic expiry date.
2. Cookies we use
This website makes minimal use of cookies. No advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies are used for marketing purposes.
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (first-party)
These cookies are essential for the website to function. They do not require consent under the AEPD Cookie Guide.

Note:these session cookies are only set on administrators' devices when they log into the admin panel. Users browsing the public website do not receive these cookies.
2.2 Local storage (localStorage)
In addition to cookies, this site uses the browser's local storage:

2.3 Third-party cookies — Google Maps
Some pages embed interactive maps from Google Maps (Google LLC). When a map loads, Google may set its own cookies:

3. Do we need your consent?
According to the AEPD Cookie Guide (2023):
- Strictly necessary cookies (section 2.1) are exempt from consent.
- Local storage used for technical integrity purposes (section 2.2) may also be considered exempt as a measure necessary for the service requested by the user.
- Google Maps cookies (section 2.3) may require prior consent if they go beyond strictly necessary functionality. [Pending: assess with legal counsel whether to implement a consent banner before maps load]
4. Managing or deleting cookies
You can manage, block or delete cookies from your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Mozilla Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies
To delete the localStorage entry (participacion-device-id), open your browser's developer tools (tab Application → Local Storage) or clear site data from the browser settings.
