This viewpoint is located on San Jorge hill, about 300 metres from the centre of Navaconcejo, and offers excellent views over the village, the Nogaleas gorge and the lower part of the Jerte Valley. It can be reached from the N-110 road, near the last houses and opposite the old bridge, via a short signposted path that climbs through pine and cherry trees to the viewpoint platform.

The viewpoint can be visited throughout the year, although it is especially recommended in spring, when the valley’s cherry trees are in bloom, and in autumn, due to the striking colour contrasts on the surrounding slopes.

It is recommended to bring a camera or binoculars to fully enjoy the views. The visit can be combined with a walk through Navaconcejo and, if time allows, with the Nogaleas waterfalls route.
