The viewpoint is located at the edge of the urban area of Cabrero, at the junction of the roads leading towards Valdastillas and Piornal. It is easily accessible by car to the nearby area, and from there the park that serves as the viewpoint can be explored on foot.
It can be visited throughout the year, being especially attractive in spring and autumn due to the mild climate and the colour contrasts of the landscape. On clear days, the views over the valley can be fully enjoyed.
