Picnic area located in the lower section of the Piscina Natural del Cristo in the village of Navaconcejo. The area lies next to the Jerte River, shaded by large alder trees that provide a cool and pleasant environment for most of the year. Nearby there is a children's playground, and across Calle del Santísimo Cristo visitors can find terraces of bars and restaurants that complement the leisure and relaxation options in the area.

From the town centre of Navaconcejo, follow Avenida del Santísimo Cristo towards the lower part of the valley until reaching the signposted area of the Cristo Natural Pool and its picnic area. It can also be accessed from the N-110 road by taking the turn-off towards Navaconcejo and following local signs to the pool and picnic area, where nearby parking spaces are available.
The picnic area can be used throughout the year, although its peak season is summer, when the natural pool is in operation and the shade of the alder trees is especially appreciated. In spring and autumn it also offers a शांत and pleasant environment for riverside walks and short stops during routes through the valley.

After heavy rainfall or increases in the flow of the Jerte River, some areas near the water may become flooded or have stronger currents, so extra caution is required, especially with children.
