The Picnic Area Garganta de los Infiernos is a rest area located at the entrance to the Garganta de los Infiernos Nature Reserve, next to the Jerte River. It has outdoor tables and a small restaurant where traditional dishes and grilled meats are served. Its location makes it a common stopping point for those starting or finishing hiking routes to emblematic spots such as Los Pilones. The natural surroundings and proximity to the river make it an ideal place to rest and enjoy the scenery of the valley.

Access is from the N-110 road by taking the signposted turnoff toward the Garganta de los Infiernos Nature Reserve Interpretation Center, located on the outskirts of Jerte. Before reaching the center, near the parking area and next to the river, the picnic area and restaurant can be found, easily identifiable by their terrace and the tables set under the trees.
The picnic area is especially busy in spring, summer, and early autumn, coinciding with the peak number of visitors to the reserve and Los Pilones. In winter, activity may be more limited and weather conditions less favorable for outdoor meals, although it remains a useful stop for those hiking in the area.
