From Cabrero you take this road toward Valdastillas; after a short stretch along the route, the rest area appears signposted next to the Fuente del Tomillar, with direct access from the carriageway.
It is a place usable year-round for brief stops en route, provided that weather and road conditions are favorable. It is especially pleasant in spring and autumn, when the temperatures are mild and the surrounding landscape displays more color.
