The Nature Interpretation Center is the main visitor reception facility for the Garganta de los Infiernos Natural Reserve. Located in the area known as Los Arenales, next to the N-110 road, it provides information about the natural, cultural, and landscape values of the Jerte Valley. Inside, visitors can explore informative panels, multimedia exhibits, and interpretation areas dedicated to the reserve’s fauna, flora, and ecosystems. One of the highlights is the Valley Room, which features a diorama representing Los Pilones, the famous giant potholes carved into the granite by water erosion. The center also offers practical information about hiking routes, biodiversity, and activities within the protected area.

Access is by car via the N-110 road to kilometre 368, where a signposted turn leads to the Los Arenales area at the entrance to the Garganta de los Infiernos Nature Reserve. There is a parking area nearby, including spaces for buses, from which the centre can be reached on foot in just a few metres.
It can be visited throughout the year, with opening hours that usually adapt to the season and visitor demand. It is especially recommended in spring and autumn. It is advisable to check opening times in advance and, if necessary, book for groups or educational activities.
