The House of Charles V is a stately Renaissance-style residence located on Calle Real in Tornavacas. It is known for having hosted Emperor Charles V during the night of 11–12 November 1556, on his journey to the Monastery of Yuste. An inscription mentioning Juan Méndez Dávila, servant of His Majesty and owner of the house, is preserved on its portico. The residence is part of the municipality’s historical heritage and is closely associated with local tradition regarding the emperor’s stay in the village.

The House of Charles V can be reached by walking along Calle Real in Tornavacas, specifically in its Real de Abajo section, where the building is integrated among other manor houses.
